We present to you our boutique olive oil—APOS Ultra Premium. Made from authentic Maroneia olives, cultivated in northeastern Greece for centuries. The fruit is medium-sized, oval-shaped, and hand-picked in early October. The olives are pressed within hours of harvest at temperatures up to 25°C.
