Although our family left Greece, the knowledge and love for olive cultivation remained within us. In 2020, driven by a desire to reconnect with our roots and revive the family tradition, we founded APOS Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO). While our company is young, it stands on a solid foundation of tradition and an unwavering pursuit of excellence.
